gpio: Move mpc5200 gpio driver to drivers/gpio
GPIO drivers are getting consolidated into drivers/gpio. While at it, change the driver name to mpc5200-gpio* to avoid collisions. Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>
