[ARM] shark: avoid polluting the kernel's namespace
Avoid unnecessarily pollution of the kernel's namespace by avoiding mach/hardware.h in mach/io.h. Include this header file where necessary. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
