MIPS: Netlogic: Remove NETLOGIC_ prefix
Remove NETLOGIC_ prefix from gpio register definitions, this will bring it in-line with the other Netlogic headers. Having NETLOGIC prefix here is misleading because these are XLR/XLS specific register definitions.
