Define and initialize kdb_lock using DEFINE_SPINLOCK.
Convert kgdb_cpulock into a raw_spinlock_t.
SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED is deprecated and it's replacement DEFINE_SPINLOCK is
not suitable for arrays of spinlocks.
