ARM: EXYNOS4: Update Kconfig and Makefile for the new ARCH_EXYNOS4

This patch changes the Kconfig and Makefile for the new ARCH_EXYNOS4.
It also updates arch/arm/Kconfig, Makeifile and arch/arm/mm/Kconfig
to include support for the new ARCH_EXYNOS4.
