doc: fix kernel-parameters.txt formatting
Spell out "wrt". I suspect plenty of people won't know what that means. Fix a '}' that should be a ']'. Reformat long lines into shorter lines. Signed-off-by: Randy Dunlap <randy.dunlap@oracle.com> Signed-off-by: Len Brown <len.brown@intel.com>
