IPoIB: Correct help text for INFINIBAND_IPOIB_DEBUG

The help text for INFINIBAND_IPOIB_DEBUG refers to "ipoib_debugfs,"
which no longer exists.  Correct this to talk about the files under
debugfs that are really created.
