[PATCH] hrtimer: export symbols
From: Stephen Hemminger <shemminger@osdl.org>
I want to use the hrtimer's in the netem (Network Emulator) qdisc. But the
necessary symbols aren't exported for module use.
Also needed by SystemTap.
