[ARM] 3593/1: Add reboot and shutdown handlers for Zaurus handhelds
Patch from Richard Purdie
Add functionality to allow machine specific reboot handlers on ARM.
Add machine specific reboot and poweroff handlers for all PXA Zaurus
models.
