UBIFS: remove another unneeded function parameter
The 'last_reference' parameter of 'pack_inode()' is not really needed because 'inode->i_nlink' may be tested instead. Zap it. Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@nokia.com>
