This patch fixes two issues:
a) Infinite loop in resume function
b) Writes to non-existing registers in resume function

Fix the ordering of sr_valid_mask array.
The lower bit of the index represents USB
not bosr.

When MONOMIX is set to Stereo, Left PGA was not powered on but should be.
Add a mapping from Capture Left Mux to Capture Left Mixer to fix the issue.
