<title>[SPARC64]: small Makefile cleanups</title>

A few trivial Makefile cleanups
- dependencipes in head.o was all wrong - deleted
- CMODEL_CFLAG was not used anywhere
- NEW_GCC was then not used outside sparc64/Makefe - do not export it
- FIXME seems not appropriate - all other put oprofile in drivers-y too
- No reason to do -I. (and it still builds)

<title>[SPARC64]: Handle unimplemented FPU square-root on Niagara.</title>

The math-emu code only expects unfinished fpop traps when
emulating FPU sqrt instructions on pre-Niagara chips.
On Niagara we can get unimplemented fpop, so handle that.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
