* mlx4_core: Remove unnecessary includes of <linux/init.h>Roland Dreier2009-09-05
| | | | | | | Lots of mlx4 files with no function annotations included <linux/init.h> for no reason. Signed-off-by: Roland Dreier <rolandd@cisco.com>
* mlx4_core: Add module parameter for number of MTTs per segmentEli Cohen2009-05-27
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The current MTT allocator uses kmalloc() to allocate a buffer for its buddy allocator, and thus is limited in the amount of MTT segments that it can control. As a result, the size of memory that can be registered is limited too. This patch uses a module parameter to control the number of MTT entries that each segment represents, allowing more memory to be registered with the same number of segments. * mlx4_core: Fix min() warningAndrew Morton2009-01-15
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Fix drivers/net/mlx4/profile.c: In function `mlx4_make_profile': drivers/net/mlx4/profile.c:110: warning: comparison of distinct pointer types lacks a cast This happened because num_possible_cpus() was secretly changed by commit ae7a47e7 ("cpumask: make cpumask.h eat its own dogfood.") from returning "int" to (now) returning "unsigned int". I think that was a good change, so we should just swallow the fallout. Cc: "David S. * mlx4_core: Add support for multiple completion event vectorsYevgeny Petrilin2008-12-22
| | | | | | | | | | | When using MSI-X mode, create a completion event queue for each CPU. Report the number of completion EQs in a new struct mlx4_caps member, num_comp_vectors, and extend the mlx4_cq_alloc() interface with a vector parameter so that consumers can specify which completion EQ should be used to report events for the CQ being created. * IB/mlx4: Add a driver Mellanox ConnectX InfiniBand adaptersRoland Dreier2007-05-08
Add an InfiniBand driver for Mellanox ConnectX adapters. Because these adapters can also be used as ethernet NICs and Fibre Channel HBAs, the driver is split into two modules: mlx4_core: Handles low-level things like device initialization and processing firmware commands. Also controls resource allocation so that the InfiniBand, ethernet and FC functions can share a device without stepping on each other. mlx4_ib: Handles InfiniBand-specific things; plugs into the InfiniBand midlayer.
