This patch is based on the diagnosis and the fixes by Dean Nelson. At Hirokazu Takata's suggestion, we place these structures in .init.data rather than just placing them in .data (since they are only used at init time). This patch is preparation for cleaning up the m32r architecture to use the new macros in vmlinux.lds.h; if these sections are indeed not needed, then we can use the RW_DATA_SECTION macro for m32r and save a bunch of redundant code. I tracked it down to commit 8d30c14cab30d405a05f2aaceda1e9ad57800f36, that patch removed a work-around for the 8xx. Adding it back makes my problem go away. If it is not, it prints a warning message. However, the PowerPC 4xx cores do not have an MSR_RI bit and this warning is produced for every xmon event. This introduces an unrecoverable_excp function to determine if an exception is recoverable or not. This gets rid of the erroneous warnings on 4xx.
