failure on noMMU system.

Pull integrity subsystem regression fix from James Morris:
"Commit fdf90729e578 "ima: support new kernel module syscall" by error
modified init_module() to return INTEGRITY_UNKNOWN (which is 4) to
user space if the kernel was built with CONFIG_IMA_APPRAISE=y.
As a result, user space can no longer load kernel modules using
init_module(). This commit fixes this regression."

The new kernel module syscall appraises kernel modules based
on policy. If the IMA policy requires kernel module checking,
fallback to module signature enforcing for the existing syscall.
Without CONFIG_MODULE_SIG_FORCE enabled, the kernel module's
integrity is unknown, return -EACCES.

Cleanup. And I think we need more cleanups, in particular
__set_current_blocked() and sigprocmask() should die. Nobody should
ever block SIGKILL or SIGSTOP.
- Change set_current_blocked() to use __set_current_blocked()
- Change sys_sigprocmask() to use set_current_blocked(), this way it
should not worry about SIGKILL/SIGSTOP.

Commit 77097ae503b1 ("most of set_current_blocked() callers want
SIGKILL/SIGSTOP removed from set") removed the initialization of newmask
by accident, causing ltp to complain like this:

If of_get_gpio_flags() returns an error (as in case when GPIO probe is
deferred) the driver would attempt to claim invalid GPIO. It should
propagate the error code up the stack instead so that the probe either
fails or will be retried later (in case of -EPROBE_DEFER).

If GPIO probing is deferred, the driver tries to claim an invalid GPIO line
which leads to an error message like this:

gpio-keys-polled: probe of buttons.2 failed with error -22
We should make sure that error code returned by of_get_gpio_flags (including
-EPROBE_DEFER) is propagated up the stack.

Report only the position of the first finger as absolute non-MT coordinates,
instead of reporting both fingers alternatively. Actual MT events are
unaffected.
This fixes horizontal and improves vertical scrolling with the touchpad.

Check that the AGP aperture can be mapped. This follows a similar change
done for Radeon (commit 365048ff, drm/radeon: AGP memory is only I/O if

Pull driver core __dev* removal patches - take 3 - from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here are the remaining __dev* removal patches against the 3.8-rc2
tree. All of these patches were previously sent to the subsystem
maintainers, most of them were picked up and pushed to you, but there
were a number that fell through the cracks, and new drivers were added
during the merge window, so this series cleans up the rest of the
instances of these markings.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, and
__devinitconst, from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.
