minor patch to the TWL-RTC code. Trying to pull this into LITMUS^RT
staging (as of 9/20/2012) to get LITMUS^RT running on the PandaBoard.

Stable note: Not tracked in Bugzilla. This patch makes later patches
	easier to apply but has no other impact.

Change ISOLATE_XXX macro with bitwise isolate_mode_t type.  Normally,
macro isn't recommended as it's type-unsafe and making debugging harder as
symbol cannot be passed throught to the debugger.

Quote from Johannes
" Hmm, it would probably be cleaner to fully convert the isolation mode
into independent flags.  INACTIVE, ACTIVE, BOTH is currently a
tri-state among flags, which is a bit ugly."

This patch moves isolate mode from swap.h to mmzone.h by memcontrol.h

        of a series addressing excessive slab shrinking after GFP_NOFS
        failures. There is detailed information on the series' motivation

It is impossible to understand what the shrinkers are actually doing
without instrumenting the code, so add a some tracepoints to allow
insight to be gained.

Enable kernel-style events (tracepoint) for Litmus. Litmus events
trace the same functions as the sched_trace_XXX(), but can be
enabled independently.

So, why another tracing infrastructure then:
- Litmus tracepoints can be recorded and analyzed together (single
  time reference) with all other kernel tracing events (e.g.,
  sched:sched_switch, etc.). It's easier to correlate the effects
  of kernel events on litmus tasks.

- It enables a quick way to visualize and process schedule traces
  using trace-cmd utility and kernelshark visualizer.
  Kernelshark lacks unit-trace's schedule-correctness checks, but
  it enables a fast view of schedule traces and it has several
  filtering options (for all kernel events, not only Litmus').

When a SD card is hot removed without umount, del_gendisk() will call
bdi_unregister() without destroying/freeing it. This leaves the bdi in
the bdi-&gt;dev = NULL, bdi-&gt;wb.task = NULL, bdi-&gt;bdi_list removed state.

When sync(2) gets the bdi before bdi_unregister() and calls
bdi_queue_work() after the unregister, trace_writeback_queue will be

PowerTOP would like to be able to show who is keeping the disk
busy by dirtying data. The most logical spot for this is in the vfs
in the mark_inode_dirty() function. Doing this on the block level
is not possible because by the time the IO hits the block layer the
guilty party can no longer be found ("kjournald" and "pdflush" are not
useful answers to "who caused this file to be dirty).

The trace point follows the same logic/style as the block_dump code
and pretty much dumps the same data, just not to dmesg (and thus to
/var/log/messages) but via the trace events streams.

Note: This patch was posted to lkml and might potentially go into 2.6.33 but I
have not seen which maintainer will take it.

This patch uses TRACE_EVENT to add tracepoints for the open(),
exec() and uselib() syscalls so that ureadahead can cheaply trace
the boot sequence to determine what to read to speed up the next.

It's not upstream because it will need to be rebased onto the syscall
trace events whenever that gets merged, and is a stop-gap.
