Because of the inclusion of skeleton.dtsi, the memory node is
named "memory" we where not modifying the already included one
but creating a new one. It caused bad memory node detection during
early_init_dt_scan_memory() so we modify them.

Change number of ports to 3 for newer SoCs. Modify pdata structure
and ohci-at91 code that was dealing with ports information and check
of port indexes.
Several coding style errors have been addresses as the patch was touching
affected lines of code and was producing errors while run through
checkpatch.pl.

Commit 086ada54abaa4316e8603f02410fe8ebc9ba2de1
"FB: sa1100: remove global sa1100fb_.*_power function pointers"
got rid of all instances but one in locomolcd.c -- which was
conditional on CONFIG_SA1100_COLLIE. The associated .power
field which replaces the global is populated in mach-sa1100/collie.c
so move the assignment there, but make it conditional on the
locomolcd support, so use CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_LOCOMO in that file.

commit 9f786d033d025ab7d2c4d1b959aa81d935eb9e19
"arm/PCI: get rid of device resource fixups"
causes this failure on the versatile:
arch/arm/mach-versatile/pci.c: In function 'pci_versatile_setup_resources':
arch/arm/mach-versatile/pci.c:221: error: 'sys' undeclared (first use in this function)
because the versatile wasn't passing in the full struct pci_sys_data
but only the resource sub-field. Change it to pass in the full
struct so that sys will be in scope.

Pull MTD changes from David Woodhouse:
- Artem's cleanup of the MTD API continues apace.
- Fixes and improvements for ST FSMC and SuperH FLCTL NAND, amongst
others.
- More work on DiskOnChip G3, new driver for DiskOnChip G4.
- Clean up debug/warning printks in JFFS2 to use pr_<level>.
Fix up various trivial conflicts, largely due to changes in calling
conventions for things like dmaengine_prep_slave_sg() (new inline
wrapper to hide new parameter, clashing with rewrite of previously last
parameter that used to be an 'append' flag, and is now a bitmap of
'unsigned long flags').
(Also some header file fallout - like so many merges this merge window -
and silly conflicts with sparse fixes)

This patch is part of a set which fixes unnecessary flash erase and write errors
resulting from the MTD CFI driver turning off vpp while an erase is in progress.
This patch allows physmap_set_vpp() calls to be nested by adding a reference
counter.
omap1_set_vpp() already used a reference counter. Since it is called from
physmap_set_vpp(), omap1_set_vpp() can now be simplified.
simtec_nor_vpp() already disabled hard interrupts. Since it is called from
physmap_set_vpp(), simtec_nor_vpp() can now be simplified.

platform specific and were wrongly put in driver specific fsmc.h file.
Move such defines to their respective platform.

Pull a few more ARM platform fixes from Olof Johansson:

This does a sweeping change fixing up all the missing system_misc.h and
system_info.h includes from the system.h split-up change. These were the
ones I came across when building all defconfigs in arch/arm/configs, there
might be more but they lack adequate build coverage to be easily caught.
I'm expecting to get a lot of these piecemeal by each maintainer, so we
might just as well do one sweeping change to get them all at once.

Make necessary changes to implement time keeping and irq enabling
in the core cpuidle code. This will allow the removal of these
functionalities from various platform cpuidle implementations whose
timekeeping and irq enabling follows the form in this common code.

Commit 737f360d5bef5e01c6cfa755dca0b449a154c1e0
"regulator: Remove support for supplies specified by struct device"
caused this file to break, since it was still relying on the
device field to be present. Map it onto dev_name appropriately
Since there are two consumers with the name "reg-userspace-consumer",
we have to supply the ID as a suffix in the REGULATOR_CONSUMER calls.

commit 737f360d5bef5e01c6cfa755dca0b449a154c1e0 (linux-next)
"regulator: Remove support for supplies specified by struct device"
deletes the field from the struct, but this platform was still trying
to set those fields. Delete the assignments.
