The fout clock of BPLL and MPLL have a selectable source on EXYNOS5250.
The clock options are a fixed divided by 2 clock and the output of the
PLL itself. Add support for these new clock instances.

This patch removes System MMU device driver from arm/plat-s5p tree
for transition to implement IOMMU driver.
Although controlling System MMU in this removing driver
is similar to the new IOMMU driver in the following patch,
the new one is almost rewrite of this driver and there is no
benefit to moving the driver file from arch/arm/ to drivers/iommu.

Pull USB 3.5-rc1 changes from Greg Kroah-Hartman:
"Here is the big USB 3.5-rc1 pull request for the 3.5-rc1 merge window.
It's touches a lot of different parts of the kernel, all USB drivers,
due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as
well. We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally
dropped the obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never
have to touch that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were
due to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)

usb: gadget: patches for v3.5
This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

With the addition of platform specific driver data in the sdhci driver
for EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5, the device name of sdhci controllers on EXYNOS4
and EXYNOS5 are changed accordingly.

Pull "Disintegrate and delete asm/system.h" from David Howells:
"Here are a bunch of patches to disintegrate asm/system.h into a set of
separate bits to relieve the problem of circular inclusion
dependencies.
I've built all the working defconfigs from all the arches that I can
and made sure that they don't break.
The reason for these patches is that I recently encountered a circular
dependency problem that came about when I produced some patches to
optimise get_order() by rewriting it to use ilog2().
This uses bitops - and on the SH arch asm/bitops.h drags in
asm-generic/get_order.h by a circuituous route involving asm/system.h.
The main difficulty seems to be asm/system.h. It holds a number of
low level bits with no/few dependencies that are commonly used (eg.
memory barriers) and a number of bits with more dependencies that
aren't used in many places (eg. switch_to()).
These patches break asm/system.h up into the following core pieces:
(1) asm/barrier.h
Move memory barriers here. This already done for MIPS and Alpha.
(2) asm/switch_to.h
Move switch_to() and related stuff here.
(3) asm/exec.h
Move arch_align_stack() here. Other process execution related bits
could perhaps go here from asm/processor.h.
(4) asm/cmpxchg.h
Move xchg() and cmpxchg() here as they're full word atomic ops and
frequently used by atomic_xchg() and atomic_cmpxchg().
(5) asm/bug.h
Move die() and related bits.
(6) asm/auxvec.h
Move AT_VECTOR_SIZE_ARCH here.
Other arch headers are created as needed on a per-arch basis."
Fixed up some conflicts from other header file cleanups and moving code
around that has happened in the meantime, so David's testing is somewhat
weakened by that. We'll find out anything that got broken and fix it..

This patch adds the interrupt definitions for EXYNOS5250 at
<mach/irqs.h> file and it is needed for EXYNOS5250 SoC.
As a note, for single zImage of EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5, prefix
of EXYNOS4_ and EXYNOS5_ has been added.

This patch add support for EXYNOS5250 SoC has two Cortex-A15 cores.
Since actually, most codes in mach-exynos/ are used commonly for
EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5 the EXYNOS5/EXYNOS5250 has been implemented
in mach-exynos/.

Actually, the base address of uart is different between EXYNOS4
and EXYNOS5 and this patch enables to support uart for EXYNOS4
and EXYNOS5 SoCs at runtime.

Pull "ARM: driver specific updates" from Arnd Bergmann:
"These are all specific to some driver. They are typically the
platform side of a change in the drivers directory, such as adding a
new driver or extending the interface to the platform. In cases where
there is no maintainer for the driver, or the maintainer prefers to
have the platform changes in the same branch as the driver changes,
the patches to the drivers are included as well.
A much smaller set of driver updates that depend on other branches
getting merged first will be sent later.
The new export of tegra_chip_uid conflicts with other changes in
fuse.c. In rtc-sa1100.c, the global removal of IRQF_DISABLED
conflicts with the cleanup of the interrupt handling of that driver.

adding and removing the same clock settings. According to

In mmc, there are capabilities and use the host_caps.
That capability is expressed with bit[0:31].
But now..already filled the bit[0:31]...
so we need to denote with the other capability field.
(if we want to use the cache, powerclass, etc for eMMC..
this field is necessary)

As the S3C24xx SoCs use the same rtc device a renaming capability like in
the adc driver is necessary.
This patch adds a s3c_rtc_setname function and names the rtc devices for
S3C2443 and S3C2416 accordingly.

regs-rtc.h uses a mixture of tabs and spaces and also (x<<y)
to format bits. So, before adding new stuff clean up the formatting
and also add spaces to the bit definitions (i.e. (x << y) )
