The pxa regulator branch removes the bq24022 driver, while a lot of
other regulator drivers got added in the regulator tree. This
resolves the trivial conflicts by merging in the regulator patches
that are already merged into v3.4.

The conflicts with pxa are non-obvious, we have multiple branches
adding and removing the same clock settings. According to

Different boards may use differenct UART ports for debugging.
To be able to add different debug UART configurations (e.g. UART2),
rename the existing general DEBUG_IMX6Q_UART to DEBUG_IMX6Q_UART4.

Pull "ARM: SoC specific updates" from Arnd Bergmann:
"These changes are all specific to an soc family or the code for one
soc. Lots of work for Tegra3 this time, but also a lot of other
platforms. There will be another (smaller) set of soc patches later
in the merge window for stuff that has dependencies on external trees
or that was sent just before the merge window opened.
The asoc tree added a few devices to the i.mx platform, which conflict
with other devices added in the same place here.
The tegra Makefile conflicts between a number of branches, mostly
because of changes regarding localtimer.c, which was removed in the
end.

It was observed on a mx31pdk board that audio playback only worked when the bootloader was Redboot, and
did not work when U-boot was used.
Comparing the sources of these bootloaders showed that the AIPS registers were not setup in U-boot.
Instead of relying on the bootloader to setup the AIPS registers, do it in the kernel so that audio
playback can work independantly of the bootloader being used.
Copied the AIPS settings from Redboot to the kernel.

The LPM field of register CCMR is used to select the mode that the processor will run
when it goes to WFI.
When mx31 enters in WFI mode the LPM field is at its reset value of 0,
which configures the mx31 to enter in "wait mode".
On mx35, the LPM field on mx35 is also at 0 after reset, which corresponds
to "run mode" instead of "wait mode".
Instead of relying on the reset value of LPM to set the low power mode for
WFI, configure mx31 and mx35 to run in "wait mode"

For some reason (sadly i don't identifying the patch right now)
two LCD data lines configured PAD_CTL_SRE_SLOW (wrong slew rate)
since Kernel 3.1. MX25_PAD_GPIO_E__LD16 and MX25_PAD_GPIO_F__LD17
This results in an fauly behaviour and strange color effects.
To ensure that all LCD data pins configured with the proper slew rate,
this patch changes to IOMUX define of all LCD __LDxx pins to PAD_CTL_SRE_FAST.
This problem may affect other mx25 platforms like mx25pdk. Sadly i can't test
it. Of course this problem shouldn't occur when you done your LCD muxing
correctly in the bootloader.

Pull updates of sound stuff from Takashi Iwai:
"Here is the first big update chunk of sound stuff for 3.4-rc1.
In the common sound infrastructure, there are a few changes for
dynamic PCM support (used in ASoC) and a few clean-ups. Majority of
changes are found, as usual, in HD-audio and ASoC.
Some highlights of HD-audio changes:
- All the long-standing static quirk codes for Realtek codec were
finally removed by fixing and extending the Realtek auto-parser.
- The mute-LED control is standardized over all HD-audio codec
drivers using the extended vmaster hook.
- The vmaster slave mixer elements are initialized to 0dB as default
so that the user won't be annoyed by the silent output after
updates, e.g. due to the additions of new elements.
- Other many fix-ups for the misc HD-audio devices.
In the ASoC side, this is a very active release, including a quite a
few framework enhancements. Some highlights:
- Support for widgets not associated with a CODEC, an important part
of the dynamic PCM framework.
- A library factoring out the common code shared by dmaengine based
DMA drivers contributed by Lars-Peter Clausen. This will save a
lot of code and make it much easier to deploy enhancements to
dmaengine.
- Support for binary controls, used for providing runtime
configuration of algorithm coefficients.
- A new DAPM widget type for regulator supplies allowing drivers for
devices that can power down unused supplies while active to do
without any per-driver code.
- DAPM widgets for DAIs, initially giving a speed boost for playback
startup and shutdown and also the basis for CODEC<->CODEC DAI link
support.
- Support for specifying the number of significant bits on audio
interfaces, useful for allowing applications to know how much
effort to put into generating data for a larger sample format.
- Conversion of the FSI driver used on some SH processors to
DMAEngine.
- Conversion of EP93xx drivers to DMAEngine.
- New CODEC drivers for Maxim MAX9768 and Wolfson Microelectronics
WM2200.
- Move audmux driver from arc/arm to sound/soc
- McBSP move from arch/ to sound/ and updates
Also, a few small updates and fixes for other drivers like au88x0,
ymfpci, USB 6fire, USB usx2yaudio are included."

As audmux becomes a platform driver and its callers are all ASoC
machine drivers, there is no reason to keep it in arch folder, so
move it to sound/soc/imx.
One bonus point would be those ASoC machine drivers stop including
mach/audmux.h, since it's been moved to sound/soc/imx/imx-audmux.h.
This should be a move to the right direction in terms of single kernel
image goal.

The IPU internally works on 32bit colors. It can arbitrarily map
between pixel formats and internal representation and also between
internal representation and the physical connection to the display.
The driver used to change the mapping between internal representation
and display connection depending on the user selected bpp which is
wrong. Instead, the mapping is specified by the hardware, so an
additional field in platform data is added to describe the connection
between i.MX and the display. The default for this field is RGB666
which seems to be the only configuration which works without this
patch, so I assumed that all in Kernel boards are connected this
way.
This patch has been tested on a RGB666 connected display and a
RGB888 connected display in both 16bpp and 32bpp modes.

power management changes for omap and imx
A significant part of the changes for these two platforms went into
power management, so they are split out into a separate branch.
