* net: ethernet: bgmac: add NS2 supportJon Mason2016-11-07
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Add support for the variant of amac hardware present in the Broadcom Northstar2 based SoCs. Northstar2 requires an additional register to be configured with the port speed/duplexity (NICPM). This can be added to the link callback to hide it from the instances that do not use this. Also, clearing of the pending interrupts on init is required due to observed issues on some platforms. * net: ethernet: bgmac: Remove redundant dev_err call in bgmac_probe()Wei Yongjun2016-07-13
| | | | | | | | | There is a error message within devm_ioremap_resource already, so remove the dev_err call to avoid redundant error message. Signed-off-by: Wei Yongjun <yongjun_wei@trendmicro.com.cn> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
* net: ethernet: bgmac: Fix return value check in bgmac_probe()Wei Yongjun2016-07-11
| | | | | | | | | In case of error, the function devm_ioremap_resource() returns ERR_PTR() and never returns NULL. The NULL test in the return value check should be replaced with IS_ERR(). * net: ethernet: bgmac: Add platform device supportJon Mason2016-07-09
The bcma portion of the driver has been split off into a bcma specific driver. This has been mirrored for the platform driver. The last references to the bcma core struct have been changed into a generic function call. These function calls are wrappers to either the original bcma code or new platform functions that access the same areas via MMIO. This necessitated adding function pointers for both platform and bcma to hide which backend is being used from the generic bgmac code.
