* mtd: rawnand: Deprecate ->chip_delayBoris Brezillon2018-10-03
| | | | | | | | | The wait timeouts and delays are directly extracted from the NAND timings and ->chip_delay is only used in legacy path, so let's move it to the nand_legacy struct to make it clear. * mtd: rawnand: Deprecate ->dev_ready() and ->waitfunc()Boris Brezillon2018-10-03
| | | | | | | | Those hooks have been replaced by ->exec_op(). Move them to the nand_legacy struct. Signed-off-by: Boris Brezillon <boris.brezillon@bootlin.com> Signed-off-by: Miquel Raynal <miquel.raynal@bootlin.com>

* mtd: rawnand: Deprecate ->{read, write}_{byte, buf}() hooksBoris Brezillon2018-10-03

* mtd: rawnand: Create a legacy struct and move ->IO_ADDR_{R, W} thereBoris Brezillon2018-10-03
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | We regularly have new NAND controller drivers that are making use of fields/hooks that we want to get rid of but can't because of all the legacy drivers that we might break if we do. So, instead of removing those fields/hooks, let's move them to a sub-struct which is clearly documented as deprecated. We start with the ->IO_ADDR_{R,W] fields. * mtd: rawnand: Pass a nand_chip object to chip->dev_ready()Boris Brezillon2018-10-03
| | | | | | | | | | | Let's make the raw NAND API consistent by patching all helpers and hooks to take a nand_chip object instead of an mtd_info one or remove the mtd_info object when both are passed. Let's tackle the chip->dev_ready() hook. Signed-off-by: Boris Brezillon <boris.brezillon@bootlin.com> Signed-off-by: Miquel Raynal <miquel.raynal@bootlin.com>

* mtd: rawnand: Replace printk() with appropriate pr_*() macroShreeya Patel2018-03-15
| | | | | | | | | | Using pr_<loglevel>() is more concise than printk(KERN_<LOGLEVEL>). Replace printks having a log level with the appropriate pr_*() macros. * mtd: nand: move raw NAND related code to the raw/ subdirBoris Brezillon2018-02-16
As part of the process of sharing more code between different NAND based devices, we need to move all raw NAND related code to the raw/ subdirectory. Signed-off-by: Boris Brezillon <boris.brezillon@bootlin.com>
