* locking/atomics/arm64, arm64/bitops: Include ↵Will Deacon2018-06-21
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | <asm-generic/bitops/ext2-atomic-setbit.h> <asm-generic/bitops/ext2-atomic-setbit.h> provides the ext2 atomic bitop definitions, so we don't need to define our own. * locking/atomics/arm64: Replace our atomic/lock bitop implementations with ↵Will Deacon2018-06-21
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | asm-generic The <asm-generic/bitops/{atomic,lock}.h> implementations are built around the atomic-fetch ops, which we implement efficiently for both LSE and LL/SC systems. Use that instead of our hand-rolled, out-of-line bitops.S. * arch,arm64: Convert smp_mb__*()Peter Zijlstra2014-04-18
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | AARGH64 uses ll/sc primitives that do not imply any barriers for the normal atomics, therefore smp_mb__{before,after} should be a full barrier. Since AARGH64 doesn't use asm-generic/barrier.h, add the required definitions to its asm/barrier.h. Signed-off-by: Peter Zijlstra <peterz@infradead.org> Acked-by: Paul E. * arm64: klib: Optimised atomic bitopsCatalin Marinas2013-03-21
| | | | | | | This patch implements the AArch64-specific atomic bitops functions using exclusive memory accesses to avoid locking. Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas <catalin.marinas@arm.com>
