The second PLL of the JZ4770 does not have a bypass bit.
This commit makes it possible to support it with the current common CGU

Previously, the clocks with a fixed divider would report their rate
as being the same as the one of their parent, independently of the
divider in use. This commit fixes this behaviour.
This went unnoticed as neither the jz4740 nor the jz4780 CGU code
have clocks with fixed dividers yet.

MIPS_GENERIC selects some options conditional on BIG_ENDIAN which does
not exist.
Replace BIG_ENDIAN with CPU_BIG_ENDIAN which is the correct kconfig
name. Note that BMIPS_GENERIC does the same which confirms that this
patch is needed.

Make read_c0_prid() use the new constant accessor macros so that it can
potentially be optimised or removed by the compiler. This is
particularly important under virtualisation, where even with hardware
assisted virtualisation (VZ), access to the PRid register may need to be
emulated by the hypervisor.
In particular this helps eliminate the read of the PRid register in the
rather frequently called add_interrupt_randomness() (which calls into
arch/mips/include/asm/timex.h) when the prid is unused but the read
can't be removed due to the inline asm being marked __volatile__.

Some Cop0 registers are constant and have no side effects when read.
There is no need for the inline asm to read these to be marked
__volatile__, and doing so prevents them from being removed by the
compiler.
Add a few new accessor macros to handle these registers more efficiently
(especially for the sake of running in a guest where redundant access to
the register may trap to the hypervisor):

Mark intentional fall throughs in switch statements with a consistent
comment.
In most of the cases, a new comment line containing text "fall through"
is inserted. In some of the cases, existing comment contained a variation
of the text "fall through" (for example, "FALL THROUGH" or "drop through").
In such cases, the existing comment is modified to contain "fall through".
Lastly, in two cases, code segments were described in comments as "fall
througs", but were in reality "breaks out" of switch statement. In such
cases, existing comments are accordingly modified.
Apart from making code easier to follow and debug, this change enables
some static code analysers to interpret newly inserted comments as their
annotations (and, therefore, not issue warnings of type "fall through in
switch statement", which is desireable, since marked fallthroughs are
intentional).

sign_extend32 counts the sign bit parameter from 0, not from 1. So we
have to use "11" for 12th bit, not "12".
This mistake means we have not allowed negative op and cmp args since
commit 30d6e0a4190d ("futex: Remove duplicated code and fix undefined
behaviour") till now.

The name char array passed to btrfs_search_path_in_tree is of size
BTRFS_INO_LOOKUP_PATH_MAX (4080). So the actual accessible char indexes
are in the range of [0, 4079]. Currently the code uses the define but this
represents an off-by-one.
Implications:
Size of btrfs_ioctl_ino_lookup_args is 4096, so the new byte will be
written to extra space, not some padding that could be provided by the
allocator.
btrfs-progs store the arguments on stack, but kernel does own copy of
the ioctl buffer and the off-by-one overwrite does not affect userspace,
but the ending 0 might be lost.
Kernel ioctl buffer is allocated dynamically so we're overwriting
somebody else's memory, and the ioctl is privileged if args.objectid is
not 256. Which is in most cases, but resolving a subvolume stored in
another directory will trigger that path.
Before this patch the buffer was one byte larger, but then the -1 was
not added.

I was seeing disk flushes still happening when I mounted a Btrfs
filesystem with nobarrier for testing. This is because we use FUA to
write out the first super block, and on devices without FUA support, the
block layer translates FUA to a flush. Even on devices supporting true
FUA, using FUA when we asked for no barriers is surprising.

Since commit fb235dc06fa (btrfs: qgroup: Move half of the qgroup
accounting time out of commit trans) the assumption that
btrfs_add_delayed_{data,tree}_ref can only return 0 or -ENOMEM has
been false. The qgroup operations call into btrfs_search_slot
and friends and can now return the full spectrum of error codes.
Fortunately, the fix here is easy since update_ref_for_cow failing
is already handled so we just need to bail early with the error
code.

Commit c6887cd11149 ("Btrfs: don't do nocow check unless we have to")
changed the behavior of __btrfs_buffered_write() so that it first tries
to get a data space reservation, and then skips the relatively expensive
nocow check if the reservation succeeded.
If we have quotas enabled, the data space reservation also includes a
quota reservation. But in the rewrite case, the space has already been
accounted for in qgroups. So btrfs_check_data_free_space() increases
the quota reservation, but it never gets decreased when the data
actually gets written and overwrites the pre-existing data. So we're
left with both the qgroup and qgroup reservation accounting for the same
space.
This commit adds the missing btrfs_qgroup_free_data() call in the case
of BTRFS_ORDERED_PREALLOC extents.

The clock-names for pclk was wrongly set to "core", but the bindings
specifies "pclk".
This was not cathed until the legacy non-documented bindings were removed.

commit 200a575b68d2 ("ARM: dts: meson: organize devices in their corresponding busses")
organized all peripherals in busses so that the base register offset of
the bus doesn't have to be included in all child-nodes anymore.
The GPIO interrupt controller however specifies the register offset
without subtracting the "cbus" base address. This leads to a problem
where of_iomap inside the irq-meson-gpio driver fails because it
actually tries to map 0x182209880 (cbus base = 0xc1100000 + 0xc1109880
for the GPIO interrupt controller). Fix this by using 0x9880 as register
offset.

The ARM CCI driver seem to be using smp_processor_id() in a
preemptible context, which is likely to make a DEBUG_PREMPT
kernel scream at boot time.
Turn this into a get_cpu()/put_cpu() that extends over the CPU
hotplug registration, making sure that we don't race against
a CPU down operation.

In configurations without CONFIG_OMAP3 but with secure RAM support,
we now run into a link failure:
arch/arm/mach-omap2/omap-secure.o: In function `omap3_save_secure_ram':
omap-secure.c:(.text+0x130): undefined reference to `save_secure_ram_context'
The omap3_save_secure_ram() function is only called from the OMAP34xx
power management code, so we can simply hide that function in the
appropriate #ifdef.

Revert ARM SCPI changes since v4.14.
Untested changes caused regressions in SCPI and CPUfreq/DVFS failures
on most Amlogic SoCs. Changes reverted for v4.15 so they can be better
reviewed and tested.
These ARM SCPI changes caused SCPI regressions resulting in CPUfreq
failures on most Amlogic SoCs (found by kernelci.org.)
Unfortunately, this was not caught in linux-next due to other bugs/panics
on these platforms masking this problem so we've only found it since
we've fixed the other issues.
Since we're already in the -rc cycle, I'd prefer to revert to a known
working state (that of v4.14) rather than finding/reverting a subset,
which would just lead to another untested state.
These changes can then have some time to be better reviewed and tested
and resubmitted for v4.16.
Kevin Hilman has tested this revert on the affected Amlogic SoCs and
verified that we're back to the previous (working) condition.
This reverts commit 6710acf2596a29f7351e8165d981645f403e0025, reversing
changes made to 4b367f2e8854da34d14bd154ff4432fb49f69b36.
