ARM: Kconfig: remove useless parenthesis
Remove useless parenthesis from the Kconfig - Kconfig is not C, and can cope without parenthesising e.g. single symbols to 'if'. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@armlinux.org.uk>
